血红蛋白浓度降低对食管癌放疗局部控制率及放射性食管炎的影响

摘要 目的探讨血红蛋白浓度与食管癌放射治疗的局控率和放射性食管炎之间的关系。方法选择2008年1月—2010年8月收治食管鳞癌患者124例,根据放射治疗前后血红蛋白浓度的变化分为二组(Hb正常组及Hb降低组)。全部病例均予以根治性放射治疗,常规分割,对其局控率及放射性食管炎的发生予以观察分析。结果血红蛋白浓度明显影响食管癌患者的局控率;血红蛋白浓度对食管癌患者的放射性食管炎的发生未见明显影响。结论血红蛋白浓度可提高食管癌患者的肿瘤局部控制率。 Objective To explore the relationship between peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration and the local control rates and the radiation esophagitis of patients with esophageal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods From January 2008 to August 2010,124 patients with esophageal carcinoma were selected and treated.The patients were divided into two groups according to the peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration before and after radiotherapy: anemia group and normal group.All patients received radical radiation using conventional fractionation.The local control rates and the radiation esophagitis were observed and analyzed.Results The peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration had a significant effect on the local control rates and no significant effect on radiation esophagitis of esophageal carcinoma patients.Conclusion Increasing the peripheral blood hemoglobin concentration can improve the local control rates of patients with esophageal carcinoma.
