摘要
针对石油储运过程中的油品蒸发及油气排放问题,介绍了油品蒸发及油气排放的研究思路和研究成果,以便为降低油品蒸发损耗及开发油气回收技术提供基础设计依据。在此基础上,讨论了油气排放治理的基本方法和原则,并以油气回收技术作为控制蒸发损耗的基本措施。简述了油气回收评价体系现状和研究重点,系统比较了吸收法、吸附法、冷凝法及膜法等油气回收技术的研究现状及优缺点,提出了各种油气回收技术的研究重点及油气回收集成工艺的发展方向。最后,建议通过法规制度、经济补贴等渠道促进油气回收技术的开发及推广。
In view of light oil evaporation and emissions during storage and transportation of oil,research ideas and research results of light oil evaporation and emissions are described in order to provide a foundation design basis to the reduction of light oil evaporation loss and development of oil and gas recovery technology.On this basis,basic methods and principles of light oil emission control are discussed and light oil recovery technology is taken as the basic measure to control evaporation loss.In this paper,status quo and research emphases in light oil recovery evaluation systems are summarized,research status quo and advantages/disadvantages of the soak-up,absorption,condensation,and membrane methods and other light oil recovery technologies are compared systematically as well as the research highlight in light oil recovery technologies and development directions in light oil recovery integration process are proposed.Finally,it is recommended that the development and generalization for light oil recovery technologies should be made through laws and regulations,economic subsidies and other approaches.
