河北省文化产业专门人才培养模式探析

Exploration and Analysis of Personnel Training Mode of Cultural Industry in Hebei Province

随着经济社会的不断发展和生产力水平的不断提高,人们在追求物质生活的同时,也越来越多地关注精神生活,尤其是在现代城市气息和文化氛围日趋浓郁的形势下,文化产业有了更加广阔的发展空间。然而,由于种种原因,专门人才的稀缺已经成为制约文化产业健康发展的主要因素。文章针对河北省文化产业快速发展与文化经营管理专门人才稀缺的矛盾展开论述,结合全国文化经营管理专业现状的调查和分析,对该专业的课程建设和发展方向进行了探讨,并对河北省高校文化经营管理专业的开设和文化产业人才培养模式的构建提出了建议。

Hebei province culture industry talents training mode research The development of modern city is full of the breath of times and cultural atmosphere , and with the improvement of social productive forces, people~ demands for life quality are higher and higher, leading to more and more development space for culture industry. The paper states the contradiction between the rapid development of culture in- dustry in our province and the lack of professionals, analyses and investigates the major in arts mannage- ment opened by some comprehensive and art colleges, and discusses the present and future development of arts management; meantime , it also puts forward the general idea of opening professional training model and innovations in the colleges of hebei province.
