“三化”融合与农村现代化的实现路径

Path for Developing Rural Modernization With the Integration of Industrialization,Urbanization and Agriculture Modernization

农村现代化是一个国家实现全面现代化的关键。本文针对当前中国农村现代化进程中出现的村镇空间"趋紧"和形式"趋近"、优势要素"逆流"与人口"回流"、惠农政策"给力"与产业联动"乏力"、现代农业规模经营"高效"与农户分散经营"低效"等不协调问题,从"三化"融合角度,提出了优化村镇空间布局、深化农村改革、促进三产互动、建设特色村庄等推进农村现代化的具体路径。

Abstract ： Rural modernization is the key problem for a country to achieve comprehensive modemiza- !ion. In view of the village space＂ tight＂ and architectural form＂ similar＂, the advantage factors ＂countercur- rent＂ and population ＂backflow＂, the industrial interaction ＂weak＂ and the policy ＂awesome＂, the large scale operation of modem agriculture ＂efficient＂ and the farmer dispersed management ＂inefficient＂ not har- monious during the current process of rural modernization, from the integration of industrialization, urbaniza- tion and agriculture modernization, this paper put forward some suggestion from optimizing the layout of towns and villages, deepen rural reform, interacting the three industry, building a new rural industal pattem, con- structing characteristic village and so on to advance rural modernization.
