摘要
消费者权益保护法是否设立冷静期制度已成为社会关注的焦点。设立冷静期制度,是一种制度性督促,而非压榨,是对实质正义的一种新坚守,是必要的也是可行的。消费者冷静期可设为7天,同时要构建小额诉讼制度,加强企业行会自律,明确经营者的告知义务。
Whether the cool-headed period system should be established has become a social focus. Its establishment is a system of supervision rather than crushing. Sticking to justice, the establishment is necessary and feasible. We should set a seven-day cool- headed period, construct the small-amotmt lawsuits system, strengthen the discipline of business associations and make the operator informing obligation clear.
