摘要
行动导向教学法是一种实现文秘专业教学优化的较切实可行而易取得实效的方法。这种理实结合、实践导向的职业教育模式,以职业行为体系代替专业学科体系,以学习领域为基本原则组织教学内容,按企业生产任务的要求组织教学,注重实践性教学环节,突出职业实际操作能力的综合培养,以完整的"行动"过程序列,使学生获得与职业相关的知识、技能和关键能力。
Action-oriented teaching method is a practical and effective way of optimizing the teaching of secretary major. The practice-oriented vocationa/educat/on pattern, combining theory with practice, arranges the teaching contents based on learning areas and enterprises' production tasks. It focuses on practice teaching and the cultivation of operation abilities in real-life careers. Through the complete sequence of actions, it enables students acquire the knowledge, skills and key abilities related to their future
