Investigation and Research on the Present Situation of Professional Teachers in vocational college

高职院校专业教师队伍建设,关系到高素质技术应用型人才的培养。本文基于四所高职院校专业教师的调查,分析高职院校专业教师队伍存在数量不足、"双师素质"教师严重缺乏、科研水平不高、教师来源渠道不宽、给力不足等问题,并提出相应对策。

The quality of professional teachers in vocational college will affect the training of high skill talents. Based on a survey of four vocational schools and their professional teachers, the current paper concludes that insufficiency of professional teachers, serious lack of Double Quality professional teachers, low research level, relatively limited source of teachers and lack of incitement are main problems of the construction of teaching staff in vocational college. Some suggestions are also proposed in this paper.
