摘要
采用 1.2 mm厚的 15F热轧板为母带 ,以奥氏体不锈钢 1Cr18Ni9作为覆层材料 ,在实验室条件下研究了反向凝固法生产复合奥氏体不锈钢薄带的可行性。实验表明 ,随着母带在钢液中浸渍时间的增加 ,新相层的生长经历“快速生长”、“平衡相持”和“迅速回熔”阶段 ;新相层厚度随着钢液过热度的增加而近似线性地减少。此外 ,母带表面状态、母带在钢液中的浸渍时间及钢液过热度对铸带质量有显著影响 。
The feasibility of production of composite austenitic stainless steel strip with inversion casting was investigated under laboratory conditions Hot rolled C1015 steel strip with a thickness of 1 2 mm was used as mother sheet and austenitic stainless steel type 302 was solidified on to the mother sheet The experimental results show that the growth of newly solidified layer sequentially goes through three stages:rapidly growing stage,steady equilibrium stage and quickly re melting stage with immersion time of mother sheet in melt The newly solidified layer of as cast strip will linearly get thin while the temperature of liquid steel increases In addition,surface characteristics of mother sheet,immersion time of mother sheet in melt and superheat of liquid steel can remarkably influence the quality of inversely cast strip Appropriate process parameters for inversion casting can offer perfect quality of as cast strip
