摘要
分析了FBD№系列煤矿用局部通风机噪声产生的原因以及巷道断面积、支护形式等因素对局部通风机噪声大小的影响。根据消声原理,利用吸声材料、消声结构等阻抗结合消除不同频率噪声的方式,提出了消音器设计方案。现场试验证明,该方案降噪效果明显,平均降噪19.7 dB,有效保护了职工的职业健康,减少了受噪声影响引起的各类事故。
Analysed the noises' cause of the FBDN0 series mine-used local fan, and the influences of sectional area, supporting forms of roadway to local fan noise. According to the principle of noise elimination, design scheme of the muffler was proposed to eliminate the noise with different frequency using the sound-absorbing material, noise reduction structure etc. Field test shows that the noise reduction scheme has obvious effect,and it can eliminate 19.7 dB noise on average. The health of workers is protected, all kinds of accidents caused by the influence of noise are also reduced.
