斜井架空人车防脱绳装置技术改造

摘要 受采动压影响,局部井下斜井架空人车巷道中心线发生空间位移,使架空人车运行中无极绳容易出现脱轮槽、坠吊椅和伤害人员等机械事故,若不能立即停车将严重威胁乘坐人员和设备的安全。通过安装防脱绳装置,有效解决了斜井架空人车安全运输方面存在的技术问题,取得了良好的安全效益。 Due to the influence of mining pressure,local roadway centerline was moved in underground inclined impracticable people car roadway, endless-ropes are prone to cause machinery accidents, such as endless-ropes falling off wheel slots, chairlift falling, hurting staffs. If it can not be immediately parked,this would be a serious threat to the safety of personnel and equipment. By installing a set of anti -detachment, the problems existing in safety transportation of impracticable people car are effectively solved, and the security benefits are obvious.
