Meteorological Problems for the Sustainable Development of Agriculture in Changsha City and Their Corresponding Suggestions

文章分析了影响长沙地区农业可持续发展的主要气象灾害因子,提出认识和掌握气象灾害规律、合理利用农业气候资源、提高光能利用率、加强气象防灾减灾及农业产业化服务是建设社会主义新农村和确保农业可持续发展的重要条件。

The main meteorological disaster factors affecting sustainable development of agriculture in Changsha area were analyzed. Then the important conditions of building a new socialist countryside and ensuring sustainable development of agriculture were proposed, which were as follows： understanding and mastering the law of meteorological disasters, using agro-climatic resources reasonably, improving the utilization ratio of solar energy, strengthening prevention and mitigation of meteorological disaster and industrialization services of agriculture.
