以盐酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸-磷酸混合酸溶解保护渣,采用磷酸作络合剂,与硼酸生成络合磷酸硼阴离子,可以有效地防止保护法分解中硼的挥发损失,从而能够用ICP-AES法测定保护渣中微量硼。
Mould powder had been dissolved with mixed acid of hydrochloric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-phosphoric acid. Evaporation of boron had been effectively prevented from the cathode ions of complexion boron phosphorate produced by boric acid with phosphoric acid as complexion agent. The micro boron in mould powder had been accurately determined with ICP-AES method.
