摘要
通过典型调查法收集某公立医院用人机制的基本情况,揭示并分析目前医院用人机制存在的问题,一是职工总数超编,二是人力成本占总成本的比例较大,三是编制内各岗位职工数量需调整。据此,提出新形势下公立医院用人机制改革的对策思考。
We described the personnel management of the sampled public hospital using case study. The results showed that staff in public hospital was over-recruited. The human resources costs accounted for large percentage of total costs. The number of staff in different positions needed to be adjusted. We eventually proposed to reform personnel management in public hospital.
