山东省383所医院财务主管胜任素质调查

Survey on the qualification of 383 hospital financial executives in Shandong Province

对山东省383所二级及以上医院的财务主管进行问卷调查,分析医院财务主管现况与胜任素质。结果表明,山东省医院财务主管总体上是一支年轻化、知识化和专业化的队伍;但仅少数三级医院设立了总会计师,财务主管在医院管理决策中的作用未能充分发挥;人格修养、业务能力、协调规划能力等是医院财务主管的重要胜任素质。

We investigated the qualification of 383 hospital financial executives. The results showed that the financial executives were young, knowledgeable and professional. Only a few tertiary hospitals had chief accountants. Financial executive had not exerted impact on hospital management decision making. The qualified hospital financial executives should process the moral character, professional and planning capability.
