摘要 磁悬浮开关磁阻电机集磁性悬浮与转矩驱动于一体,同时具有磁轴承与开关磁阻电机的优点,在悬浮驱动领域具有较好的发展前景。根据磁悬浮开关磁阻电机结构与运行机理,通过研究各种参数对电机运行性能的影响,使用RMxprt软件中提供的优化模块Optimization,对1.5kW磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的结构参数做出优化设计,并根据优化结果制造出模型样机。样机符合设计要求,具有较好的运行和控制性能。 Bearingless switched reluctance motor integrates magnetic bearing and torque driver into one device, then it has the advantage of magnetic bearings and switched reluctance motor, better development prospect in floating drive. According to the structure and working principle of bearingless switched reluctance motor, effect of various parameters to motor working performance, with optimization module in RMxprt soft- ware, the optimum design of 1.5 kW bearingless switch reluctance motor was illustrated, and the mode motor was made based on optimization result, consistent with design requirements, of better working and control performance.
