摘要
近年来,铁基非晶纳米晶合金(ANA)与铁基非晶纳米晶软磁复合(SMC)材料取得了迅速发展,并在许多领域得到了应用。本文在分析大量文献的基础上,分析比较了这两种新型材料的特点,综述了开发这两种材料的动态以及在电机上的应用特点,讨论了现有研究成果的成功经验,并分析了存在的问题。认为ANA在节能电机上有应用优势,而SMC比较适合于应用在结构复杂及高频电机上。最后总结出ANA电机及SMC电机要得到商业应用还需要进一步开展的工作。
Recently amorphous and (SMC) materials have undergone a nanocrystalline iron-based alloy (ANA) and its soft magnetic composite significant development and have been in a range of new applications in the past decade. Based on the research and analysis of many references, a comprehensive survey on the development and application of ANA and SMC in electrical machines was presented in the paper. Both successful experiences and existing difficulties were reviewed and analyzed. It is believed that the application of ANA is preponderant in the saving energy motors. However, it is believed that the application of SMC is pre- ponderant in the motors with complex topologies, especially in high frequency. Possible further work required for the commercial success of ANA and SMC machines was also proposed.
