牛磺酸对肉鸡饲粮养分利用率、免疫器官发育及屠宰性能的影响研究

为了探讨牛磺酸对肉鸡饲粮的养分利用率、免疫器官发育及屠宰性能影响。将艾维茵商品代肉鸡450只,随机分成5组,每组设3个重复(每个重复30只)。试验1组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4、5组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的牛磺酸,试验期42天。结果表明:试验3、4组粗蛋白和粗脂肪的利用率与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05);3周龄时,试验3、4组的脾脏指数与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05)。6周龄时,试验3组的法氏囊指数与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05);试验4组的胸肌率及皮脂厚与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05),试验4、5组的瘦肉率与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05)。在肉鸡饲粮中添加牛磺酸,显著提高肉鸡对营养物质的利用率。能够提高肉鸡的免疫器官指数,增强肉鸡的免疫机能。对肉鸡的屠宰性能有一定改善作用,明显提高肉鸡胸肌率、瘦肉率,显著降低皮脂厚。

In order to study the effect of taurine on nutrient utilization of diet, development of immune organs and slaughter performance in broiler chicken, 450 commercial generation Avain Broilers were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups , each group with 4 duplications, and each duplication with 30 chickens. Fed the basal diet in group I, and fed the basal diet supplemented 0.05%, 0.10%, 0.15%, 0.20% taurine in group II, III, IV, V, respectively. The test period was 42 days. The results showed that the broilers in experimental group m, IV, all improved greatly （P〈0.05） on the utilization of crude proteins and crude fats contrast to the group I. On 3 weeks old, the index of spleen of group I had significant differences compared with group III, IV （/9〈0.05）. On 6 weeks old, the index of Bursa of Fabricius of group m had significant differences compared with group I （P〈0.05）. The index of breast muscle percentage and thickness of subcutaneous fat of group IV had significant differences compared with group I （P〈0.05）. The lean meat percentage of group IV, V had significant differences compared with group I （P〈0.05）. Taurine added to the ration of broiler chicken could significantly increased the utilization of nutrient and index of immune organs, improved the immune function of broilers. It could also improved the slaughter performance of broiler chicken, significantly increased the breast muscle percentage and the lean meat percentage, but the thickness of subcutaneous fat was significantly decreased.
