长株潭农村居民点时空格局的演变研究

Analysis of the Temporal and Spatial Evolution of Rural Settlements in Changzhutan

为了把握长株潭农村居民点时空格局演变的特征,为其空间格局优化提供依据,使农村居民点的分布格局更加合理。利用1996—2007年长株潭土地利用变化数据并运用动态度和相对变化率分析长株潭农村居民点的时空演变过程、特点和规律。结果表明,长株潭农村居民点总体上呈现逐年减少态势,且区域差异明显,农村居民点发展存在一系列问题。提出长株潭农村居民点需要从政府加强引导、科学规划、加强管理力度等3个方面进行调整优化,使空间格局更加合理。

In order to find the trait of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations and optimize it, Based on the data of land change from 1996 to 2007, using the dynamic degree and the relative change rate analysis Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan rural settlements in the spatiotemporal evolution process, characteristics and laws. The results showed that rural residential areas of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan were in degressive tendency but with a series of problems, and regional differences was apparent. The conclusions was that the rural settlements of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan should be adjusted from three aspects （the guide of the government, scientific planning, strengthen management）, and its spatiotemporal patterns must be more rational.
