激素和变温处理对东方百合扦插鳞片中糖含量的影响

Effect of Plant Regulators and Alternating Temperature Treatment on Carbohydrate Content during Scale Cutting in Lilium Oriental Hybrid

以东方百合Sorbonne为材料,研究了GA3(100mg·L-1)、IBA(100mg·L-1)结合变温(5℃/25℃/15℃)培养过程中鳞片内淀粉、蔗糖及还原糖含量的变化。结果表明:整个培养过程中各处理母鳞片内淀粉及蔗糖含量下降,尤其鳞片下部在25℃培养初期(20d)下降幅度最大,为小鳞茎发生和膨大提供营养和能量;葡萄糖和果糖含量较低,总体呈上升趋势。小鳞茎内淀粉不断积累,最大值为271.2mg·g-1Fw;蔗糖含量变化不大,葡萄糖和果糖含量不断下降。IBA结合各温度处理母鳞片内淀粉、蔗糖以及还原糖含量均低于GA3各处理。GA3结合5℃预处理显著促进了母鳞片内淀粉的降解及小鳞茎内淀粉的积累。

Taking Lilium oriental hybrid’Sorbonne’ as materials,the experiences have studied the changes of the starch,sucrose and reducing sugar in scales during culturing at temperature（5℃/25℃/15℃）combined with GA3（100mg·L-1）,IBA（100mg·L-1） treatments,especially in the base of scale decreased sharply in the early stage at 25℃（20d）.The results showed that the contents of starch and sucrose in mother scales declined to provide nutrition and energy for the occurrence and enlargement of bulblets,and the contents of glucose and fructose were lower,which was an upward trend in the whole incubation.The starch accumulated continually and the maximum value was up to 271.2mg·g-1Fw.The content of sucrose had little change in bulblets,however the contents of glucose and fructose in bulblets declined continuously.The content of starch,sucrose and reducing sugar in mother scales which treated with IBA combined with each temperature treatments were lower than that of treated with each GA3.GA3 combined with 5℃ pretreatment could significantly promote the degradation of starch in the mother scales,and the starch accumulation in bulblets.
