摘要
2008~2010年3年间,从辽宁省主要水稻产区采集、分离、测定稻瘟病菌184个菌株。结果表明：经7个中国鉴别品种鉴定,184个菌株划分为5群47个生理小种,优势种群为ZA和ZB群。近年来致病性强的籼型种群ZA和ZB群出现频率增加,致病性弱的粳型种群ZF群出现频率基本稳定,ZE和ZG群小种3年间均未检测到。
Monospore strains of Pyricularia grisea Saccardo isolated from Liaoning Province were identified by using 7 Chinese different varieties during 2008-2010.The 184 monospore strains could be divided into 5 groups and 47 physiological races.The tests showed that ZA and ZB were the dominant groups in Liaoning Province.In recent years,the occurrence frequency of highly virulent races of indica and japonica races ZA and ZB has increased,and that of ZF,a weakly virulent race,decreased.The races of ZE and ZG disappeared during the past 3 years.
