高粱靶斑病病原菌种群多样性研究

Pathogen Population Diversity of Target Leaf Spot in Sorghum

从采自中国不同地区的高粱靶斑病病叶上病斑分离获得病原菌,通过形态学观察和rDNA ITS序列分析,对中国高粱靶斑病原菌种群多样性进行研究。结果表明:虽然不同地区、不同品种病叶上的病斑形状、大小差异很大,但病原菌在菌落形态和孢子形态却极为相似;通过不同菌株的rDNA ITS序列聚类分析表明,供试菌株与高粱生离蠕孢菌(Bipolaris sorghicola)相似度达99%,病原菌种群多样性不丰富。

The pathogen was isolated from lesions on diseased sorghum leaves of target leaf spot from different regions of China.The pathogen population diversity was conducted by morphological observation and rDNA ITS sequence analysis.The results showed that the colony morphology and spore morphology of pathogens were very similar although these lesions form different varieties and different regions with differences in shape and size.The rDNA ITS sequence of different strains cluster analysis showed that the similarity of tested strains of Bipolaris sorghicola reached to 99%,and the pathogen population diversity was not rich.
