摘要
利用单因素试验与正交试验的方法,对沼泽红假单胞菌B9(Rhodopsedomonas palustris B9)产类胡萝卜素培养基和培养条件进行优化。结果表明:最佳培养基成分为:KH2PO40.6g,K2HPO40.9g,酵母膏1.5 g,蛋白胨2.3g,MgSO40.2g,CaCl20.3g,NaCl0.5g,最佳培养条件为:接种量为8%,温度为26℃,pH值为自然pH值。培养7d后,类胡萝卜素产量可达2.863mg·g-1(以干重计)。
Using the methods of single factor and orthogonal experimental,culture medium and culture condition for Rhodopsedomonas palustris B9 to produce carotenoids were investigated.As results,the best culture medium are yeast extract 1.5g,peptone 2.3g,KH2PO4 0.6g,K2HPO4 0.9g,NaCl 0.5g,water 1000mL in its natural pH value;and the best culture conditions are 8% inoculating concentration,26℃.After 7 days cultivation,the total carotenoids reached up to 2.863 mg·g-1(dry weight calculation).
