Combining with the concept of the architectural planning, the paper has the primary exploration for the application of the architectural planning in real-estate programs by taking the reconstruction program of Yingcun in Daizhou as the example, and illustrates the architectural planning points at different stages of the real-estate programs, so as to provide the reference for the real-estate program development in future.
