摘要
通过对轻钢结构工程中对接焊缝超声波探伤实例的分析,从仪器和试块选择、制作距离—波幅曲线和探伤操作等方面入手,重点介绍了超声波探伤在轻钢结构工程中的应用,并结合轻钢结构焊缝特点进行规范检测,以保证焊缝质量检测的可靠性。
The paper undertakes the empirical analysis of the cases for the ultrasonic inspection of the welding cracks in the light steel project process, mainly introduces the application of the ultrasonic inspection in the light steel structure projects from the selection for the equipment and trials, the manufacturing distance-the amplitude curve, and the inspection operation, undertakes the regular inspection according to the welding cracks features of the light steel structure, so as to ensure the rehability of the quality inspection of welding cracks.
