Numerical simulation of residual stress of thick-wall cold-bending angle steel stamping

利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对厚壁冷弯角钢冲压成形的弯曲和回弹过程进行了数值模拟,得到了其中的冷弯残余应力分布情况,并总结出了分布规律,为冷弯残余应力的进一步研究奠定了基础。

The paper carries out numerical simulation of bending and rebounding process of thick-wall cold-bending angle steel stamping by applying finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, obtains the distribution conditions of cold-bending residual stress, and summarizes the distribution law, which has laid a foundation for further studying cold-bending residual stress.
