Combining with the work practice, the paper analyzes some common problems in the geotechnical survey, such as tedious survey measures, lowering reliability of the authentic features of the original data, and the conserving feature values of the foundation loading capacity, and points out some reasonable suggestions, so as to direct the healthy development in the survey industry.
