摘要
介绍生产 SPV4 90及 Q690 D的工艺实践。通过实验室阶段的研究 ,探讨了屈服强度 >690 MPa钢板的调质工艺与组织状态。提出了钢板成分设计的优化方案。进行了以轧后多道次喷水 +高温回火生产 80 kg级高强度钢板的生产尝试。
This article describes the process practice in producing SPV490 and Q690D steel of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.Ltd. Quenching and tempering Process and structural condition of plate with yield strength >690MPa are explored through study in laboratory. It puts forward optimizing scheme for compositron design of plate, carries out trial production of 80kg class high strength plate by conducting multi-pass water spraying +high temperature tempering after rolling.
