Analysis on critical urban water industry reform technology

对我国水务企业改革的现有主流模式进行了介绍,探讨了该模式的主要支撑基础,并从公众监督,水设施的产权,政府监管三方面入手,分析了当前水业市场化的发展趋势及面临的问题,并给出了一些合理的建议,以期促进水业市场规范化。

The paper introduces modem domestic water industry reform model, and explores its major support foundation. Starting from three as- pects of public supervision, water facility property and government supervision, it analyzes the contemporary water marketization tend and problems, and shows some rational suggestions, with a view to normalize water industry market.
