Grasping common construction sense and improving building design

针对目前设计单位设计人员不了解施工工艺的现状展开讨论,提出设计人员应了解施工常识,进一步完善设计,以简化施工、降低成本,并着重阐述了弥补设计人员施工常识不足的具体措施,以期促进设计单位与施工单位良好配合。

The paper discusses the status that designers dont know the construction technology, points out that designers should know common construction sense and further improve the design so as to simplify construction and reduce cost. And then, it describes specific measures for making up designers＇ fault in common construction sense, with a view to promote good coordination between design unit and construction unit.
