Hot Rolling Practice and Analysis of C19400 Copper Strip

论述和分析了C19400铜合金板带材热轧生产的工艺需求、生产过程、产品状况以及铜板带热轧机组的装备技术特点。同时,通过具体的生产实践并结合加工理论分析,进一步研究和探讨了C19400大铸锭的控轧控冷工艺,并指出了生产过程中的关键技术以及提高和改进的方向。

It is presented the requirement to hot rolling process, manufacturing procedure and product condition, as well as discussions and analysis to technical specification features of the hot mill equipment for producing C19400 copper alloy sheet ＆ strip. Besides, further research and analysis to process technology of controlled rolling and controlled cooling for C19400 is discussed by combining specific production practice with hot process theory. Key manufacturing technology and way to improve production is raised in this paper, too.
