外资研发与本地高技术企业创新能力间的关系——基于技术溢出的视角

Relationship between Foreign R&D and Innovation Capability of Local High-tech Enterprise: From Perspective of Technology Spillover

将行业对外资开放程度、内外资企业间技术差距和本地企业的技术吸收能力纳入研究框架,利用1995—2010年我国13个高技术产业子行业的数据,建立动态面板数据模型,实证分析了外资研发的技术溢出与本地企业的创新能力之间的关系。结果表明:外资研发的技术溢出对本地企业的创新能力产生显著的正向影响,但与本地企业的自主创新投入相比,其影响相对较小;较高的外资开放度和较大的技术差距都会对外资研发的技术溢出产生不利影响,但外资研发的技术溢出是否存在主要取决于本地企业的吸收能力。

Through introducing the openness degree of industry to foreign enterprises,the technology gap between foreign and local firms and the absorptive capability of local firms for technology into the research framework,this paper uses the data about 13 sub-sectors in high-tech in- dustry of China from 1995 to 2010 to construct the dynamic panel data model,and empirically studies the relationship between technology spillo- ver from foreign Rg^D and local enterprises~ innovation capabilities. The results show as follows： technology spillover from foreign R^D has positive effects on local enterprisesr innovation eapabilities~ compared with the effect of independent innovation input of local enterprises, the effect of technology spillover from foreign R^D is relatively weaklboth high openness degree of industry to foreign enterprises and great tech- nology gap all have negative effects on foreign R^D spillover; however, whether technology spillover from foreign R＆D exists or not mainly depends on the absorptive capabilities of local enterprises.
