含碳化硅的耐火材料制品中SiC含量的测定

Determination of SiC Content in Refractory Product Containing Silicon Carbide

介绍了含碳化硅的耐火材料制品中SiC含量的测定方法 :即采用氢氟酸挥散除去SiO2 ,以混合溶剂在 10 5 0℃的高温炉中熔融分解试样 ,以盐酸溶液浸取 ,用硅钼蓝光度法测定溶液中硅含量 ,再换算为SiC含量。该方法操作简单 ,分析结果稳定、可靠。

This paper describes the determination method of SiC content in refractory product containing silicon carbide,i.e.SiO 2 is removed by means of hydrofluoric acid volatilization,the specimen is decomposed through the mixed solvent melted in the furnace at the temperature of 1050℃,it is soaked by hydroch;oric acid solution,the silicon content in solution is determined in luminosity method and then converted to SiC content.This method is easy to operate.The analysis result is stable and reliable.
