摘要
揭示高专教学质量评价工作中存在的问题,分析其原因,并探究改进措施,从而建立健全客观、公正的教学质量评价模式,有助于教师诊断和发现教学工作中存在的问题,为教师的自身发展和改进教学工作提供有效的反馈信息,进而有利于实现调动教师积极性、改进教育教学方法、提高教育教学质量、促进教师专业成长的一举多得。
This paper reveals the problems in college teaching quality evaluation, analyzes the causes, and explores the improvement measures, so as to establish objective and impartial teaching quality evaluation model, help teachers to diagnose and find out the problems in teaching, provide effective feedback information for teachers'development and improving teaching, and help to realize the motivation of teachers'initiative, improvement of teaching methods and teaching quality, and the promotion of teachers'professional growth.
