从《论汉语的语法结构》中洪堡特的汉语语言观出发,探讨其对当代口译方式同声传译实践和学习过程的指导意义,认为英汉同传中译员应根据汉语语言特点,重点采用短句、顺句驱动的口译策略来保证口译质量,避免口译失准。

Based on Humboldt＇s essay On Chinese Grammar, this paper aims to discuss the implication of his view of Chinese on the practice and learning process of English - Chinese simultaneous interpretation. In order to be in line with the special characteristics of Chinese, interpreters are encouraged to use strategies like using short Chinese sentences and syntactic linearity principle. In this way, the accuracy can be better guaranteed.
