专利文献是一个巨大的知识宝库,它能充分反映出现代科学技术发展的最新成果和水平,当今世界上那些文明的、发达的、强盛的国家无不重视专利文献的开发与利用;随着知识产权制度在经济社会各方面的进一步深化,专利文献的计算机检索技术正成为情报检索领域研究的热点,本文着重介绍了专利信息的检索方法和技巧,就如何利用专利信息撰写产品专利检索报告进行了阐述。

Patent document is a great intellectual treasure-house, which can reflects the fresh achievement and level of present scientific technology development. Nowadays, the developed countries in the world pay attention to the explore and application of patent docu- ment. With the deepening of intellectual property system in every economic society, the computer retrieval technology of patent document is getting the focus in research of information retrieval fields. This paper introduces the retrieval methods and skills of patent information and describes how to write products patent retrieval report with patent information.
