摘要
新建本科院校人力资源管理必须要打破传统计划体制束缚,运用科学的理论、原则和方法,根据现行人才成长的规律和学校自身发展的中心任务,运用市场运作的方式积极推动人力资源改革和发展;它具有为应用型人才培养服务、为学校本科评估做贡献及为推进教育大众化服务等鲜明特征。近年来,新建本科院校人力资源管理取得了长足的进步,但也存在人力资源管理缺乏总体规划、人力资源管理缺乏制度保障和人力资源培养缺乏完整体系的困境。因此,积极探索符合时宜、富有特色的人力资源管理道路成为推进新建本科院校人力资源管理的关键要求。
Management of human resource in newly-buih colleges is a managing process of the teaching staff by the human resource department in a way of marketing performance based on the scientific principles and methods, talents development and college tasks. It is characteristic of cultivating the applied talents, working for the college evaluation and promoting the popularization of the education. In recent years, management of human resource in newly-buih colleges, although it has made a great achievement, has a lot of difficulties, such as short of overall planning, safeguarding of system and overall cultivating formula. Henceforth, the pragmatic and characterized management of human resource is the key to promoting that in newly-built colleges.
