摘要
介绍新研制开发的一种用于铝合金炉前质量快速检测的热分析仪器,该仪器能帮助及时了解合全熔体所处的状态及凝固后可能出现的问题,从而为调整工艺参数并最终获得优质的铸件提供时间和保证。
The paper introduces a new developed thermal analyzer used for rapid quality detection in Aluminium alloy furnace. It is Useful to know the station of alloy melt and possible problem appeared after sodilificaion. It can provides time and guarranttee for adjusting process parameter and getting the final quality casting.
