摘要
针对机场一线员工的排班问题,提出了多阶段排班系统流程,该流程主要有三个阶段,分别是员工需求预测阶段、计划排班阶段和实时排班阶段。运用排队论解决了员工需求预测问题,详细的提出了计划排班的数学模型,并运用改进的模拟退火算法给出了求解算法,并通过仿真验证了模型算法与算法的可行性与有效性。
To improve the human resource efficiency of the airport, a multistage scheduling prosess were proposed, which mainly contained labor demand forecast, scheduling plan formulated, real-time adjustment. The queuing theory and adaptive simulated annealing were used to resolved labor demand forecast and scheduling plan formulated. The advancement and correctness of this process and model were tested by resolved customer servicers scheduling problem of airport.
