摘要
提出了一种基于差分进化诊断输油管道泄漏的方法。该方法包括分别采集实时输油管道上游、下游压力、温度、流量值,根据流体在管道中的流动方程,采用差分进化算法辨识出流体沿管道的压力值,通过判断辨识出的压力值与实时采集的实际数值的差是否超过设定阈值检测管道泄漏,再用定位方法确定泄漏位置。该方法的优点在于简单实用,提高了定位精度,对小泄漏量仍能进行诊断。
This paper presents a method based on differential evolution for petroleum pipeline leakage diagnosis issue. The method includes the collection of real-time pipeline upstream, downstream pressure, temperature, flow value, according to the flow of a fluid in a pipe equation, using differential evolution algorithm to identify the fluid along the pipeline pressure value, judging by the identification of the pressure value and real time acquisition of actual values if the difference exceeds a set threshold to detection of pipeline leakage, and positioning method for determining leakage position. The method has the advantages of simple and practical, improves the positioning accuracy, small leakage can still perform the diagnosis.
