摘要
对聚丙烯(PP)耐高温改性专用料的市场需求以及前景进行了分析和展望;并对其改性方法及其研究进展进行了综述,其中包括玻纤改性、添加成核剂、交联改性以及晶须改性,对各种不同改性方法的优劣进行了讨论。提出以玻纤改性、添加成核剂的改性方法为主,以交联改性或晶须改性为复配协同的技术思路。
In this paper, the market demand and the future of high-temperature resistant PP was analyzed and discussed; The modification methods and research progress were summarized, including glass fiber modification, adding nucleating agent, cross linking modification and whisker modification, and the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of different modification methods were discussed. The viewpoint of using fiberglass modification, adding nucleating agent modification methods as the main method, using crosslinking modification or whisker modification for blends and synergy were presented.
