摘要
用硫化钠加压法合成聚苯硫醚树脂,考察了搅拌叶形状对合成的影响,并对成型搅拌速度、成型温度对聚苯硫醚成型颗粒度的影响进行了研究。经实验研究发现,斜叶式特殊搅拌叶能够有效地防止聚合物成团和黏结在反应釜的内壁上;降温成型控制温度在260~210℃之间,降温速度为3.3℃/min,搅拌速度为600 r/min,得到的聚苯硫醚产品颗粒度均匀,聚合反应后的浆液输送容易,洗涤过滤性好,生产效率高。
Polyphenylene sulfide resin was synthesized by pressured sodium sulfide. The effect of mixing-blade on the synthesis of resin was investigated, as well as the effect of forming agitation speed, molding temperature on the forming granularity of PPS. Research showed inclination of special mixing-blade can be efficiently prevented polymer forming group and adhesion in the internal wall of reactor. The cooling molding temperature was controlled at 260 -210 ℃ , cooling rate was about 3.3 ℃/min and agitation speed was about 600 r/min, the even granular product of PPS was obtained. After polymerization, the slurry transported easily, with excellent washing property and filterability, and high productivity.
