摘要
利用熔融反应挤出的方法制备双单体接枝聚丙烯,研究了配方组成、螺杆组合和加工工艺对接枝聚丙烯性能的影响,通过优化配方和工艺制备了一种高接枝率、低残留率的PP-g-(St-co-MAH)。
Dual-monomer grafted polypropylene was prepared by melting reaction in a twin-screw extruder. The effects of formulation, screw combination and processing conditions on the grafted PP were studied. A kind of PP-g-(St-co-MAH) with high grafting ratio and low remaining ratio was prepared by optimizing the formulation and improving the processing conditions.
