摘要
通过极差分析对铝粉用量、固化剂用量、稀释剂用量和短切玻璃纤维用量对树脂基复合模具材料压缩强度、弯曲强度和硬度的影响进行了研究,得出性能较优的复合模具材料配方组合。
Through the range analyzing, the influence of the dosage of aluminum powder, curing agent, diluents and SGF on material compressive strength, bending strength, hardness in the material of compound mold of resin matrix was investigated, thus better materials formula of compound mold was got.
