摘要 为保障行波管发射机能安全、稳定地运行,发射机的自动测试及故障诊断方法成为发射机调试维护的一种有力工具。完成系统测试和故障隔离功能的软件系统具有非常强的针对性,同时对其稳定性、安全性和准确性也有着极高的要求。该文通过对行波管发射机调试需求的详细分析,设计了极具针对性的自动测试软件,并联系实际提出了其实现方式,最后根据实际使用情况对测试软件平台的性能进行了进一步分析和讨论。实践证明,该软件平台以实际需求为基础,提供了一种自动化程度高、系统响应好、稳定性高的行波管发射机调试的解决方案。 The auto-testing system and fault diagnosis method has become an effective tool for the safe and stable operation of a trav- eling wave tube (TWT) transmitter. Software for accomplishing the function of system testing and fault isolation has a high stand- ard of relevance, stability, security and reliability. Based on the description of the demand for adjusting and maintaining a TWT- transmitter, it is proposed that the design and implementation of a professional auto-testing system. At last, the performance of this testing is analyzed from the actual usage. The experiment has proved that the auto-testing system provide a reliable solution which is also with high performance of automation and system response for the adjustment of TWT-transmitter.
