摘要
在工业生产条件下 ,通过添加不同的稀土元素和合金元素进行正交试验及板坯轧制对比试验。探讨了影响钼板强度和硬度的主要因素 ,分析了在室温条件下影响钼板抗拉强度、轧制性能的原因 ,确定了稀土和合金元素在钼板中的最佳含量。
In the condition of industrial production,orthogonal test and slab rolling comparison test were had by adding different rare earth element and alloying element.Consequently,the main factors that influence the strength and hardness of molybdenum slabs were investigated,and the reasons why the tensile strength and rolling property of molybdenum slabs were affected in room temperature were analysed.Also,the optimal content of rare earth and alloying element in molybdenum slabs was determined.
