摘要
从企业科技管理工作实践出发 ,指出了企业科技活动中存在的矛盾和问题 ,分析了其产生的原因和危害 ,论述了规范管理的重要性。
On the basis of the practice of management of scientific research work in enterprises,the controdictions and problems were raised.Consequently,the reason and harmfulness were analysed,and the importance of specification management was discussed.
