The major task of development of a harmonious university and college spiritual civilization construction is to promote the school environment, expedite the propagation of the culture of harmony, foster healthy character and solid morality. The volunteering, serving, and opening characteristics of volunteer activity determines that it is a platform for students to gain knowledge about society, understand society, serve the society and to form proper view of the world and methodology.
