福建省发展生产性服务业的思路与对策

Strategies and Ideas for Producer Service Industry Development in Fujian Province

生产性服务业是我国"十一五"和"十二五"规划中突出强调的重要发展产业。文章就"十一五"福建生产性服务业发展现状和面临的突出问题进行分析,提出了"十二五"期间促进福建省生产性服务业发展的总体思路,并就二三产业互动发展规划、加强产业关联、放宽市场准入、拓宽投融资渠道等方面提出若干建议。

Producer service is the key industry of the 11th and 12th five-year plan in china. This paper analyzed current situation and the problems encountered in the process of producer services industry development, proposing guiding principles for the development of producer service industry in Fujian; it also provided suggestions on the plan for the mutual promotion of secondary and tertiary industries, strengthening of industrial association, loosening of market access controls and the broadening channels for financing and investment.
