IQQA(R)-Liver分析系统对精准肝切除术术前评估的意义 被引量:3

The significance of IQQA(R)-Liver analysis system for preoperative evaluation of precise liver resection

摘要 目的探讨IQQA(R)-Liver影像分析系统评估肝静脉对精准肝切除术的指导作用。方法选择62例接受精准肝切除术的患者(年龄40~60岁)为研究对象。每根肝静脉分支都用IQQA(R)-Liver影像分析系统和GEAW4.4工作站显示结果进行评估,所有肝静脉图像成像质量被划分成差、一般、较好和好4个层次,分别采用0、1、2、3分的形式计量。并对两者制作肝静脉过程所消耗的时间进行对照。结果两种后处理系统都可以观察到肝静脉的主要分支,两者之间图像质量没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。肝右静脉单独汇入下腔静脉,肝左静脉和肝中静脉先汇合后再注入下腔静脉占84.7%(50/59);肝右静脉、肝中静脉及肝左静脉分别单独汇入下腔静脉占15.3%(9/59)。重建肝静脉所消耗的时间IQQA(R)-Liver分析系统和GEAW4.4工作站分别为(3.3±0.8)min和(38.6±6.2)min,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 IQQA(R)-Liver分析系统较传统AW4.4工作站在肝静脉图像后处理方面能非常明显提高效率。而在肝静脉主要分支显示能力上没有差异。这项新技术对于精准肝切除术术前评估有意义。 Objective To assess the guiding effect of the IQQA (R) -Liver image analysis system used for evaluating hepatic vein on the precise liver resection. Methods Sixty-two patients ( aged 40-60 years) received precise liver resection were selected as research objects. All hepatic vein branches were post-processed and evaluated with IQQA (R) -Liver image analysis system and GE AW4.4 workstation. The images of the hepatic veins were divided into four levels based on the image quality: poor, general, good and excellent respectively, which were respectively counted by 0,1,2,3 points. The time consumption of the post-processing was Compared between IQQA( R)-Liver image analysis system and GE AW4.4 worksta- tion. Results The main branches of hepatic veins can all be observed by the two pest-processing system. There was no significant difference in the image quality between the two post-processing system ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The number of right hepatic vein alone importing inferior vena cava and left hepatic vein and middle hepatic vein converging before importing the inferior vena cava accounted for 84.7% (50/59) ,and the number of right hepatic vein,middle hepatic vein and left hepatic vein respectively importing inferior vena cava accounted for 15.3% (9/59). There was significant difference between IQQA (R)-Liver analysis system and GE AW4.4 workstation in the time consumption of hepatic vein reconstruction [ ( 3.3 ±0.8) rain and (38.6 ±6.2 ) min,P 〈 0.01 ]. Conclusions IQQA (R)-Liver analysis system can significantly promote the efficiency in the post-processing of hepatic vein reconstruction compared with AW 4.4 workstation, but there is no difference in the image quality between the two methods. IQQA( R)-Liver analysis system would be helpful for the preoperative evaluation of the precise liver resetion.
