银屑病相关性IgA肾病3例诊治体会 被引量：1

摘要 我院2007年10月至2011年10月共做肾活检229例，病理诊断IgA肾病81例，占肾活检病例的35．37％，其中银屑病合并IgA肾病3例，占肾活检病例的1．31％。有关资料报道银屑病在我国的人群发病率为1％，故银屑病合并IgA肾病临床并不多见，我们对IgA肾病3例患者的临床资料进行总结分析，旨在提高对该病的认识，以免漏诊和误诊，贻误治疗时机。
